The 6-4, 292-pound Levingston first joined the Bucs’ practice squad on November 7 after going to training camp with the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawks drafted Levingston out of LSU in the seventh round in 2011, and he opened his rookie season on their practice squad. He was eventually promoted to the active roster in November, eventually getting into four games and contributing one tackle.
At LSU, Levingston played in 48 games, starting 22 during his final two seasons, and recorded 70 tackles, 3.0 sacks and 15.5 tackles for loss. He hails from Ruston, Louisiana.
Hardman, who spent most of his first two NFL seasons on the Bucs’ active roster after arriving as an undrafted free agent in 2010, rejoined the team a little over a week ago. He was inactive for last week’s game in Denver.
