ORIGINALLY ENTERED NFL:

  • Originally entered the NFL as a college free agent with the Jacksonville Jaguars on April 28, 2013.

 

2013 HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars on April 28.
  • Signed to Jacksonville’s practice squad on September 2.
  • Signed to Tampa Bay’s active roster on November 19.
  • Inactive for six games on the season.

 

COLLEGE/PERSONAL:

  • Played in 54 games at Florida State (2009-12), with 24 starts, recording 124 carries for 718 yards and 18 touchdowns. Also added 41 receptions for 379 yards and five touchdowns.
  • Played in 14 games as a senior, had career highs in rushes (47), rushing yards (376), rushing average (8.0) and rushing touchdowns (8) and receptions (13).
  • Named Orange Bowl MVP after rushing for a career-high 134 yards, adding two touchdowns and a career-long 60 yard run.
  • In 2011, finished the season with 27 carries for 74 yards and two touchdowns while also contributing six catches for 61 yards and a touchdown.
  • Earned three awards at the team banquet following his junior season, including Mr. Skill Blocker Award.
  • As a sophomore, tied for the team lead in touchdowns with seven (four rushing, three receiving).
  • In 2009, was the only true freshman to play in all 13 games, and his four starts were the most by any true freshman. He finished the season with 27 carries for 156 yards and four touchdowns to go along with 10 catches for a career-best 132 receiving yards and one touchdown.
  • Attended Okeechobee High School (Okeechobee, Florida).
  • Named as the nation’s 15th best running back and a consensus four-star recruit.
  • Earned Offensive Player of the Year honors from the Palm Beach Post and the Scripps Treasure Coast.
  • Played in the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl.
