Tyler Oberly

Tyler Oberly enters his fourth season with the Buccaneers in 2017, and his first as director of football analytics, after spending the first three seasons as the manager of football analytics.

Oberly is responsible for the supporting the front office and coaching staffs through research and development of analytical tools and methods.

Prior to his time with Tampa Bay, Oberly worked as an analytics developer for The Sideline View, while consulting for both NFL and NCAA FBS team, providing special research assistance on several projects.

Oberly presented at the 2014 MIT Sloan Conference as a finalist in the Evolution of Sports competitions. He attended the University of Toledo. He and his wife, Erin, live in Tampa.
