Tony Hardie enters his first season with the Buccaneers as combine scout. Hardie’s focus is on the NFL combine and working with the NFL in selecting invitees to the annual event.
Prior to joining the Buccaneers, Hardie worked on the football staffs at Northwestern University (2010-11) and at the University of Chicago (2007-09).
Hardie served as the director of defensive quality control and defensive quality control/player personnel assistant with the Wildcats under Buccaneers current College Scout Bill Rees and held numerous positions on the Chicago staff, including cornerbacks coach, video coordinator, recruiter and defensive assistant. This past season, he helped guide Northwestern to an appearance in the TicketCity Bowl.
Hardie graduated from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business in finance in 2007. He is single and resides in Tampa.
