BUCCANEERS MAKE ROSTER MOVES

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today signed long snapper Zach Triner to the active roster, and signed punter Trenton Gill and cornerback Keenan Isaac and to the team's practice squad. In addition, the team placed long snapper Evan Deckers on Injured Reserve and released practice squad punter Seth Vernon.

Triner (6-3, 245) played in 75 regular season games for Tampa Bay across the 2019-23 seasons, recording 10 special teams tackles. He was a member of the Super Bowl LV championship team and has appeared in all nine playoff games for the Buccaneers over the last four seasons. He will wear No. 45 for Tampa Bay.

Gill (6-4, 219) originally entered the league as a seventh-round selection (No. 255 overall) by the Chicago Bears in the 2022 NFL Draft. He has appeared in 34 career games, all for the Bears, punting 133 times for a gross punting average of 46.1 and a net punting average of 39.1. Most recently, Gill spent the 2024 training camp with the Denver Broncos. The Hillsborough, North Carolina, native played collegiately at North Carolina State (2017-21), appearing in 36 career games and punting 173 times for a 45.8 gross average – the highest mark in program history. He will wear No. 16 for Tampa Bay.

Isaac (6-2, 186) originally entered the league as a college free agent with the Buccaneers in May 2023. He spent most of the 2023 season on Tampa Bay's practice squad, appearing in two games. Isaac also spent the 2024 offseason and training camp with the Buccaneers, and was on Tampa Bay's roster for the Week 2 victory at the Detroit Lions. The Midfield, Alabama, native played collegiately at Alabama State (2018-22), appearing in 36 games and amassing 122 tackles, 21 passes defensed, three interceptions, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery and 1.0 sack. He will wear No. 21 for Tampa Bay.
