BUCCANEERS TRADE WR DESEAN JACKSON TO EAGLES

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today that the team has traded WR DeSean Jackson and a seventh-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft to the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a sixth-round pick (No. 208 overall) in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Jackson spent two seasons in Tampa Bay, playing in 26 games, with 23 starts, and recording 91 catches for 1,442 yards and seven touchdowns. He added nine rushes for 67 yards and one touchdown, as well as five punt returns for 24 yards.

Tampa Bay has seven selections in this April's draft – its own selection in Rounds 1-5 and in Round 7, as well as the sixth-round choice received from Philadelphia.
