Cardinals-Buccaneers Injury Report Nov. 7: Carlton Davis Downgraded

IR2019

The Buccaneers were back to a normal practice pace on Thursday ahead of their home contest against the Arizona Cardinals this weekend. The only change for Tampa Bay was a downgrade of cornerback Carlton Davis’ participation. He was limited in yesterday’s walk-through but was sidelined totally on Thursday.

Davis was a late scratch from the game in Seattle last weekend, injuring himself in pregame warmups, according to Head Coach Bruce Arians. Both Anthony Nelson and Carl Nassib also went down during the game and missed their second straight day of practice on Thursday. The good news is that both tight ends Cameron Brate and O.J. Howard practiced in a full capacity for the second straight day.

The Cardinals returned five players to full participation, including veterans Larry Fitzgerald, Chandler Jones and Terrell Suggs. They now have just four players with DNP designations.
