The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons named their game day inactives on Thursday at 6:55 p.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their primetime Week Nine contest at Raymond James Stadium. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.
The Buccaneers will be without running backs Doug Martin and Jacquizz Rodgers, and with Charles Sims also on injured reserve that means the team will turn to a committee of Peyton Barber, Antone Smith and Mike James. Atlanta still has their starting tailback in action with Devonta Freeman but will be without standout complementary back Tevin Coleman. QB Matt Ryan will also be missing his top tight end as Jacob Tamme is unable to play.
