Last Friday, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers promoted wide receiver Bobo Wilson to their active roster after ruling wide receiver DeSean Jackson out for Sunday's Week 13 game against Carolina. That move led to several more transactions on the Buccaneers' practice squad to start Week 14.

To make room for Wilson on the 53-man roster, the team released first-year running back Dare Ogunbowale last Friday; on Tuesday, Ogunbowale was re-signed to the Buccaneers' practice squad, where he had spent eight of the first 10 weeks of the season before his own promotion. Also, with Jackson's status still in doubt due to a thumb injury, the Buccaneers added another pass-catcher to the practice squad, signing first-year wideout K.J. Brent. A spot on that 11-man crew was opened by Monday's release of running back Ralph Webb.

Ogunbowale played in two game during his two weeks on the Buccaneers' active roster and was the team's primary kickoff return man in that span. He ran back seven kickoffs for 137 yards, all during a Week 11 game against the New York Giants. He also spent a week on Tampa Bay's practice squad last December and returned to Tampa a week into training camp this summer. Ogunbowale first entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Wisconsin, signing with Houston in 2017 and spending a month on the Texans' practice squad. He was also briefly on the Washington Redskins' active roster last year.

Brent (6-3, 194) was most recently on the practice squad in Indianapolis for a brief stint in October, and he appeared in five games for the Colts at the end of last season without recording a reception. He went to training camp with the Colts this summer and caught two passes for 18 yards during the preseason. A former Wake Forest standout, Brent originally entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Oakland Raiders in 2016. He spent his entire rookie season on Oakland's practice squad.
