Jordan Dudas enters his fourth season as the Buccaneers Assistant Director of Performance Science in 2022.
Dudas works alongside Director of Performance Science Dave Hamilton to develop a sports science program that promotes athlete health and performance. He assists with managing and analyzing data collected on and off the field using a variety of performance technologies.
Previously, Dudas was a member of Hamilton's three-person staff in the Applied Health and Performance Science Department at Penn State University, working as an applied performance scientist and certified strength and conditioning coach. He primarily assisted with the Nittany Lions football program, but also aided Penn State's basketball and wrestling programs.
Dudas completed his master's degree in musculoskeletal sport science and health at Loughborough University in England. During that time, he worked as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for Loughborough University's American Football Team during the 2016-17 season.
He earned his bachelor's of science degree in kinesiology at Penn State University, while also playing linebacker and safety for the Nittany Lions football team from 2012-15.
