Q: Can I park at TradeWinds?

A: Guests who buy the VIP weekend event package through TradeWinds will have a guaranteed parking space. There will be some additional daily parking available for sale at TradeWinds Resort and the lots surrounding the resorts. Ride share drop-offs for guests not staying at TradeWinds Resort is encouraged.

Q: How much will parking cost?

A: $25 at TradeWinds (Subject to availability)

Q: Where is ADA parking?

A: ADA guests can park in the designated parking spots in the TradeWinds lot (Subject to availability and regular parking fees).

Q: Where is the ride share drop-off and pick-up?

A: Any guests using a ride share will be dropped off and picked up in front of the Breckenridge Building.

Q: Is there a schedule for the events taking place at the Beach Bash?

Q: Do I need a ticket for the event?

A: No ticket is required.

Q: How can I enter the Cornhole Tournament?

Q: Can I come to Bucs Beach Bash and sell stuff?

A: No. Vending of any kind is strictly prohibited in and around the event. This will be strictly enforced.

Q: Is there an age limit to get into Bucs Beach Bash?

A: No. All guests are welcome!

Q: What items will be prohibited from the event?

A: Attendees are NOT permitted to bring any of the items listed below into the venue:

• Outside food or beverage
• Coolers or large bags
• Illegal substances
• Large Umbrellas
• Animals (except service animals)
• Musical instruments
• Weapons of any kind
• Fireworks
• Grills
• Any items deemed to be unsafe by TradeWinds Island Resorts Management

Q: What items can I bring into Bucs Beach Bash?

A: Attendees are permitted to bring the following items into the venue:

• Sunscreen
• Sunglasses, hats, fanny packs
• Small camera with no detachable zoom lens or flash
• Small bags or backpacks (14"x11"x6")
• Personal Beach Towels are allowed. You cannot use them to hold spots.
• Prescription medication (all prescription medications must be in a marked bottle along with a photo matching ID)
• Baby strollers
• Low-profile beach chairs or bag chairs are permitted in the concert venue
• (both VIP and General Areas)

Q: Can I meet Buccaneers players?

A: Unfortunately, current players will not be attending the event.

Q: Can I meet the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders and Captain Fear?

A: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders and Captain Fear will be appearing at Bucs Beach Bash throughout the weekend.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: Bucs Beach Bash is a rain or shine event, except in the case of inclement weather that poses a threat to patron safety. If severe weather is observed in the area, we will make the proper announcements via our stage PA systems, including the severity of the storm, evacuation instructions, and festival/ concert suspension if needed. Safety of our patrons is of the utmost importance to us. Remember to come prepared with sunscreen and sunglasses.

Q: Will food and beverages be available?

A: Yes. There will be a food available at RumFish Beach Resort. Beverages will be sold throughout the resort and at the event.

Q: Will an ATM be available?

A: No. TradeWinds Island Resorts is now a cashless venue. Please plan accordingly.

Q: Where do I go if I lose something?

A: You can visit the guest information booth to see if someone turned it in.

Q: What ADA accommodations are available?

A: In the festival, there will be ADA viewing areas in both VIP and General Admission sections. We have a beach wheelchair, which can provide assistance to/from the concert venue area.

Q: What do I do if I see suspicious activity or feel like I need emergency assistance?

A: Report it! Simply notify one of our security personnel or a member of the PCSO.

Q: Can I leave the Bucs Beach Bash and re-enter the event?

A: You can leave and re-enter the event as many times as you would like. Guests who have access to the VIP area will need to show their wristband each time they enter the area.

Q: Will there be restrooms in the event area?

A: There will be Port-O-Lets and hand washing stations available for general guests. Guests who have access to the VIP area may use the air-conditioned, flushable restrooms provided.

Q: Are there lockers on-site?

A: Unfortunately, there will not be any lockers or areas where you can place your belongings.

Q: Is there a first aid station or EMT on site?

A: Yes. Please ask a staff member and they will point you in the right direction. Here is some other important safety information:

• Wear shoes or sandals. The sand is very hot, especially in the middle of the day.
• Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. It will be sold throughout the event venue.
• Take a photo of your Driver's License and keep it on your phone for ID purposes.

Q: Will you have a place to charge cell phones?

A: No, we will not have cell phone charging stations. Be sure to fully charge your battery and/or bring a battery pack.

Q: Will you accept cash at all food and beverage stands in the event venue?

A: No. TradeWinds Island Resorts is now a cashless venue. Please plan accordingly.

Q: Where do I go if I lose my VIP wristband?

A: We strongly encourage you to take care of your VIP wristband, as these are not replaceable once issued. If your wristband is damaged, we can change it out for you if you present us with the damaged original.
