What does it mean to be a Buccaneers Member?

Buccaneers Membership is an annual membership that includes Season Passes to every home Buccaneers game at Raymond James Stadium, as well as exclusive events and benefits throughout the year. To be considered a Buccaneers Member and receive Member benefits you must purchase a full Season Pass, including tickets to all 10 home games.

Members are our most dedicated fans and the heart and soul of the Buccaneers organization. Therefore, we are dedicated to giving you the most exclusive access and experiences in addition to the best savings whenever possible.

How do I receive my 15% member discount off online merchandise?

To receive your 15% discount on merchandise at shop.Buccaneers.com simply enter "Bucs" combined with your Member Account ID, i.e. if your Member Account ID is 25 you would enter "Bucs25" in the promo/discount field at check-out. Allow seven days after purchase for Member Discount code to be activated. Or, if you create an account on shop.Buccaneers.com using the email address on your Buccaneers account, your discount will be automatically applied at check-out.

How do I receive 15% off parking?

To receive 15% off season parking, contact your Dedicated Member Relations Associate.

How do I receive 15% off in-stadium food, beverage and merchandise?

You will receive a Krewe Member Mobile Discount Card with your Season Pass package in early August that can be used to receive 15% off food, beverage and merchandise purchases in-stadium.

How can I change or improve my seat location?

Every offseason after the Membership Renewal Deadline has passed, we hold an online relocation event for all Members. The online relocation event is an opportunity for you to select from the best available seats that have been released.

The online relocation event is based on account tenure (how long you have been a Buccaneers Member). Member tenure starts over if you do not renew your Membership for a season. If you have renewed your Membership, you will receive an email shortly after the renewal deadline with your designated renewal timeframe. During this time, you will be able to log-on and select from the best available seats using our 3-D interactive seating tool.

How will I have access to my Season Passes?

To allow the most ease and flexibility, you have multiple options when it comes to accessing your Buccaneers season tickets:

• Secure Digital Ticketing: Secure Digital Ticketing is the way of the future. A technology that started with airline tickets is becoming the predominant method of ticketing for sports and entertainment everywhere. You can access your Season Passes as secure digital tickets through the Buccaneers Mobile App, add them to the wallet on your smartphone and then easily access them for entry on gameday.

• Krewe Member Mobile Discount Card: Another easy and convenient way to access your tickets is your Krewe Member Mobile Discount Card. If you purchase before May, you will receive a Krewe Member Mobile Discount Card for each of your seats that will have tickets for all 10 games loaded for entry on gameday. Please note: If you purchase your Membership after May, you will receive a Krewe Member Mobile Discount Card to receive discounts in stadium but your card will not have your tickets loaded and you will need to use Secure Digital Tickets for entry on gameday.

When will I receive my Krewe Member Mobile Discount Card?

Season Pass package delivery is one of the most highly anticipated times of the year for Buccaneers Members as it signals that football is almost back! Season Pass packages will be mailed in early August in advance of the first home preseason game via USPS. Please make sure the mailing address on your account is up to date by June 1 to ensure efficient delivery. Your Season Pass package will contain your Krewe Member Mobile Discount Cards, lanyards and necessary information.

How can I share my tickets with friends, family, clients or employees?

You can easily send Secure Digital Tickets via text message, email or any other digital message platform. Simply log in to your Buccaneers Account Manager via the official Buccaneers App or desktop computer, select the game you wish to share, follow the steps to copy the link and send the link via text message, email, etc. Tickets will be available for transfer after the schedule release.

What if I cannot make a game?

We hope that you will be able to attend all games as home field advantage starts with you, but we know that life happens and you may occasionally not be able to use your tickets for various reasons. If you are unable to attend a game, your tickets can be re-sold via the NFL Ticket Exchange, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers approved marketplace, where fans can buy and sell verified tickets.

To create a true home field advantage, we are committed to ensuring that the best Season Pass Membership locations are provided to our true Buccaneers fans. With a focus on continually improving the game day experience, and safety for our Buccaneers fans, we will be monitoring all seat locations for irregular behavior in regards to reselling and forwarding your seats. Please read the important terms and conditions below regarding excessive reselling and ticket resale limitations.

You can also donate your tickets through your Buccaneers Account Manager to non-profits in the Tampa Bay community (up to five days before the game).
