"He got better as the week went on, but we'll see."

"I don't know if it's been normal. He's been out here, he's done some things well, we'll sit him out [of] some things. We'll see what the tests look like."

"It depends how the game is going. If they get the run game, [they're] going to try to run the football, [so] we may need him there, and if it's a passing game, it could be just the opposite."

"I don't know if my memories will start stirring because he's retired, but he texted me after the playoff game, after we won. Tell him I said hi. That's about it [laughs]."
