2024 HIGHLIGHTS:
Made his NFL debut in the Week 1 victory over Washington, playing 53-of-64 offensive snaps — the most snaps among all Tampa Bay wide receivers — and finishing with one reception for 32 yards and a touchdown.
With his performance in Week 1, he became the sixth wide receiver in franchise history to bring in a touchdown pass in his first career game, and the first to do so on his first career reception since Trey Palmer accomplished the feat in Week 1 of the 2023 season.
Started at wide receiver in the Week 2 victory at Detroit, playing 38-of-48 offensive snaps and hauling in one reception for 21 yards.

In Week 14, McMillan became the first Tampa Bay rookie with multiple receiving touchdowns in a single game since O.J. Howard did so in Week 7 of the 2017 season against Buffalo.
Started at wide receiver and played 46-of-72 offensive snaps in the Week 15 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, establishing then-season-highs in receptions (five) and receiving yards (75), while adding a touchdown catch.

He also joined Marvin Harrison Jr. as the second rookie to accomplish that feat in 2024.
In the Week 17 win over the Carolina Panthers, started at wide receiver and played 53-of-77 offensive snaps. Brought in five receptions for 51 yards and two touchdowns.
Week 17 marked McMillan's fourth straight games with at least one score, collecting six touchdown receptions during that stretch. His four straight games with a receiving touchdown is tied for the fourth-longest streak by a rookie in NFL history.
In Week 17, McMillan became the fifth player in 2024 to post at least four straight games with four-or-more receptions, 50+ receiving yards and a touchdown reception, joining Davante Adams, Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson and Terry McLaurin. With his performance in Week 17, McMillan became the third player (fifth time) to log six-or-more receiving touchdowns over a four-game span in the 2024 season, joining Terry McLaurin and Ja'Marr Chase (three times, some overlapping). He became the second Buccaneer to ever accomplish that feat, joining Mike Evans.
In the Week 18 victory over New Orleans, played 59-of-67 offensive snaps and brought in five receptions for 74 yards and a receiving touchdown. It marked his fifth straight game with a receiving touchdown, tied for the second-longest streak by a rookie in NFL history, trailing only Randy Moss (seven games).
McMillan's five straight games with a receiving touchdown was the third-longest streak in the NFL in 2024, trailing only Amon-Ra St. Brown (8 games) and Mark Andrews (6 games).

Appeared in 38 career games for the University of Washington (2020-23), bringing in 164 receptions for 2,143 yards and 17 receiving touchdowns.
Dating back to 1996, he ranked among University of Washington program leaders in receptions (fifth), receiving yards (sixth), and receiving touchdowns (seventh) at the time that he was drafted.
As a redshirt junior in 2023, was limited due to injury but still appeared in nine games, bringing in 45 receptions for 559 yards and five receiving touchdowns.
McMillan led all players in the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship game in receptions, with six, and scored the game's lone receiving touchdown.
Enjoyed his most productive collegiate season as a redshirt sophomore in 2022, when he received All-Pac-12 honorable mention recognition after playing 13 games and posting career highs in receptions (79), receiving yards (1,098) and receiving touchdowns (nine). He led the Huskies in both receptions and receiving touchdowns.
As a redshirt freshman in 2021, appeared in 10 games and finished with 39 receptions for 470 yards and three receiving touchdowns.
During his true freshman campaign in 2020, he saw action in three games and brought in one reception for 16 yards.

Hosted a holiday toy drive in Fresno, California, to support local children and inspire his hometown community.
PERSONAL:
Attended San Joaquin Memorial High School (Fresno, Calif.), where he played football, baseball, and track and field.
Was rated as the No. 38 overall prospect and No. 8 wide receiver in the country coming out of high school, as well as the No. 6 recruit in the state of California.
Was recruited by several schools to be a dual sport athlete, having been recruited for both football and baseball.
Qualified for the Junior Olympics in track and field in the eighth grade.
