Played collegiately at Wake Forest (2020–22) and Marshall University (2023–24), appearing in 55 combined games (28 starts), totaling 213 tackles (6.0 tackles for loss), 25 passes defensed, five forced fumbles and three interceptions.
During his senior season in 2024 at Marshall, played 13 games and recorded 94 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, 14 passes defensed, and one forced fumble. His 14 passes defensed led the FBS, and he was named first team All-Sun Belt.
In 2023, appeared in 10 games (all starts), totaling 73 tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss, two interceptions and one forced fumble. x During his sophomore season in 2022 at Wake Forest, played in 10 games, recording 20 tackles and seven passes defensed.
As a freshman in 2021 at Wake Forest, appeared in 14 games, totaling 21 tackles, three passes defensed, two forced fumbles, and one interception. x As a true freshman in 2020, saw time in eight games and registered five tackles and one forced fumble.
Attended Cabell Midland High School (Ona, W.Va.), where he won West Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior.
Majored in Health Science with a minor in Management at Marshall.
