Today the Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced a new partnership with RIPA & Associates, the leading civil and utility construction company based out of Central Florida. The local company becomes the first-ever sponsor of the Buccaneers Youth Leadership Program which was launched in 2020 to provide support to students through unique player and staff mentorships.
"The Buccaneers Youth Leadership Program is one of the staples of our player-driven social justice initiative that allows our players and staff to have a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of our local students," said Buccaneers Chief Commercial Officer Atul Khosla. "We are thrilled to join forces with partners such as RIPA & Associates who are equally committed to growing the program and furthering our mission to build a brighter future for our youth."
For more than 25 years, RIPA has consistently ranked among the Top 100 Private Companies in the Tampa Bay area. Committed to giving back to the communities in the surrounding area, RIPA has established itself as a cornerstone in Tampa and Central Florida. This partnership will also create a space for RIPA to team up with the Buccaneers Social Justice Board, a player-led program created in 2018, on a larger project that will be revealed in the coming days.
"We are incredibly excited to partner with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and support the Youth Leadership Program," said RIPA & Associates' President & CEO Chris LaFace. "At RIPA, we strongly believe in investing in the future, and this program aligns with our commitment to community development and empowerment. Working alongside the Buccaneers to make a lasting impact in the lives of young people is an opportunity we are extremely proud to take part in."
