A teaser preview posted to ESPN's E:60 Twitter account revealed that Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans will be the subject of their next E:60 profile. The episode it scheduled to air Tuesday, April 26, at 10:00 pm ET on ESPN.
Over the last year, ESPN cameras followed Mike Evans back to his high school in Galveston, Texas, visited his home in Tampa, and came to One Buccaneer Place to film his story. The E:60 feature focuses on the adversity that Evans has had to overcome throughout his life to make it where he is today.
Through two seasons, the Bucs receiver has 142 receptions, 2,257 yards and 15 touchdowns. Evans is one of just eight players in NFL history to have eclipsed 1,000 receiving yards in their first two seasons in the league.
