CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:

Has started all 63 games he has played, including an additional eight postseason contests.

Was named to the Pro Bowl in 2023, joining Tony Mayberry (1997-99) as the only offensive linemen in franchise history with three consecutive trips to the Pro Bowl. He became the first Buccaneers player at any position to accomplish this feat since Gerald McCoy made six consecutive Pro Bowls from 2012-17.

In 2023, totaled 1,233 offensive snaps, including the postseason, and per Pro Football Focus (PFF) metrics, he yielded just five sacks and just six quarterback hits over 19 games played in his first season after making the transition from right tackle to left tackle.

Started all 16 games in 2020 and was part of an offensive line that allowed a sack on 3.51 percent of all pass attempts, the second-lowest mark in the NFL and the second-lowest mark in a season in team history. Helped block for an offense that ranks second in passing yards per game (289.1), third in points per game (30.8), seventh in yards per game (384.1), seventh in yards per play (6.04).

Started at Detroit (12/26/20), helping the Buccaneers total a team-record 588 yards of total offense.

Started at left tackle in the Week 1 win at Minnesota, contributing to an offensive line that generated 242 net yards of offense. Tampa Bay's offense outgained Minnesota 147-82 in the second half as the Buccaneers held a 20:03 - 9:57 time of possession advantage.

Started at left tackle in the Week 2 victory over Chicago, contributing to an offensive line that helped generate 437 net yards of offense. Tampa Bay's 437 yards in Week 2 marked the fifth-highest output by any team through the first two weeks of the season.

Started at left tackle in Week 3 vs. Philadelphia, playing all 44 offensive snaps.

Started at left tackle in the Week 4 victory at New Orleans, playing all 71 offensive snaps and contributing to an offense that scored 26 points and snapped New Orleans' streak of 11 straight games allowing 20-or-fewer points.

Started at left tackle in the Week 14 victory in Atlanta, playing all 68 offensive snaps and contributing to an offensive line that generated a then-season-high 148 rushing yards. It marked the third consecutive game in which Tampa Bay produced a season-high in rushing yards.

In the Week 15 victory at Green Bay, started at left tackle, playing all 62 offensive snaps and contributing to an offensive line that helped produce a then-season-high 452 net yards of offense.

In the Week 16 win over Jacksonville, started at left tackle, playing all 74 offensive snaps and contributing to an offensive line that produced 335 net yards of offense and held a season- high 37:07 - 22:53 time of possession advantage.

Played all 56 offensive snaps at right guard in Week 17 vs. New Orleans, contributing to an offensive line that helped produce 7.0 yards per play.

In the division-clinching Week 18 victory at Carolina, played all 65 offensive snaps at left guard and contributed to an offensive line that helped produce over 100 rushing yards in a game for the sixth time in 2023.

According to Pro Football Focus, was Tampa Bay's highest-graded player in the Week 18 win, earning a 96.4 overall grade. It marked the highest PFF grade of his career.

In the Wild Card round victory over Philadelphia, started at left tackle, contributing to an offense that helped produce the largest yardage differential in a playoff game in team history (+150).

In the Divisional round contest at Detroit, started at left tackle and contributed to an offense that generated 408 net yards of offense — the third- highest single-game mark in club postseason history.

COLLEGE:

Started 32 career games at Iowa (2017- 19), seeing time at both right and left tackle.

As a junior (2019), earned first-team All-America honors from the Football Writers of America, Walter Camp Foundation and Phil Steele, while being named second-team All-America by the Associated Press, American Football Coaches Association and The Athletic.

Earned the Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year in the Big Ten, while garnering first-team All-Big Ten distinction from the league's coaches and media, as well as The Associated Press and Phil Steele. Also a semi- finalist for the 2019 Outland Trophy.

Named honorable mention All-Big Ten by both league coaches and media after starting all 12 at right games he played in as a sophomore (2018).

Started in seven games as a freshman (2017), becoming the first true freshman to start at either offensive tackle position in the Kirk Ferentz era.

Received honorable mention Big Ten Conference All-Freshman team designation from BTN.com, as well as the team's Next Man In award on offense.

Majored in communication studies.

PERSONAL/COMMUNITY:

Attended Mount Vernon High School (Mount Vernon, Iowa).

Played offensive and defensive line in high school.

Selected to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl following prep career.

Named to Des Moines Register Elite all- state team as a senior, while also being named captain of 2A Iowa Newspaper Association all-state.

As a senior, was named district offensive line MVP and Class 2A Iowa Preps Offensive Lineman of the Year.

Named first-team all-district for three straight seasons.

Also lettered in track and wrestling during his prep career, winning a state wrestling championship as a senior, shot put as a junior and senior and discus in his sophomore, junior and senior years.

Just the fourth Iowa male prep to win shot and discus titles in consecutive years and the first to win three straight discus titles since the 1950s.

Mother is Sarah Wirfs.

In 2020, supported the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats initiative.
