The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will return to Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, November 9, for a 1:00 p.m. ET matchup against the New England Patriots, presented by The Mosaic Company. The annual Salute to Service game honors the nation's veterans, active-duty service members, and their families through a series of special recognitions and in-game moments of appreciation, sponsored by USAA. Players and coaches across the league will wear military-themed gear and sideline apparel as part of the NFL's ongoing commitment to salute the armed forces.
As part of Sunday's gameday initiatives, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Mosaic will continue their impactful joint effort, Tackling Hunger Fueled by The Mosaic Company, to help end hunger throughout the region. Together, the organizations will donate one meal to Feeding Tampa Bay for every fan expected in attendance, totaling 131,684 meals, with 65,842 contributed by each partner. Launched in 2021, the Tackling Hunger partnership drives meaningful social change and empowers Tampa Bay area youth. Through this collaboration, Feeding Tampa Bay has been able to establish and operate four school food pantries in underserved areas – serving more than 4,400 families and distributing over 600,000 meals. A fifth pantry will open in 2026.
In honor of the Buccaneers' Salute to Service game, Mosaic will donate a total of $150,000, providing $50,000 to three (3) veteran-focused organizations: K9s for Warriors, the Tampa Green Beret Association, and Homes for Our Troops. K9s for Warriors, represented at the game by Army veteran Becca Stephens and her service dog, Bobbi, provides trained rescue dogs to veterans living with PTSD and other service-related challenges. The Tampa Green Beret Association, represented by Special Forces veteran Rich and Dalane Corson, operates Team House Tampa – a resource hub located near MacDill Air Force Base that connects veterans with vital support networks. Homes for Our Troops (HFOT), represented by Ret. Sgt. First Class Aaron Cornelius and HFOT Independent Fundraising Coordinator Dianne Travers, builds adaptive homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans. This includes Cornelius' future home in Lithia, which is being made possible through this donation.
Pregame festivities are scheduled to include a jump demonstration from the U.S. Special Operations Command Para-Commandos, followed by a flyover featuring four T-38 aircraft from Langley-Eustis Air Force Base. The U.S. Army Quartet is slated to perform the national anthem, while Admiral Brad Cooper, Commander of U.S. Central Command, is set to join five service members as honorary captains for the coin toss. Select activations are contingent upon the resolution of the Government shutdown. Two-time Pro Bowl outside linebacker and Super Bowl LV Champion Shaquil Barrett will serve as Captain of the Krewe, while Pro Bowl guard and Super Bowl LV Champion Ali Marpet will lead the players out of the tunnel during team introductions.
At halftime, the Buccaneers are planning to host a Military Enlistment Ceremony featuring more than 200 applicants representing all branches of the armed forces, led by Lieutenant General Sean Farrell, Deputy Commander of USSOCOM. The ceremony would conclude with a rendition of "God Bless America" performed by the U.S. Army Quartet.
On Sunday, the Buccaneers and the Glazer family will continue to highlight recipients of the Glazer Family Small Business Fund, welcoming members of the South Tampa Chamber to Raymond James Stadium. This week's business spotlight features Jessica D'Amico, owner of Elevate Hair Salon in South Tampa. After sustaining significant damage from Hurricanes Helene and Milton, Elevate Hair Salon was forced to close temporarily and relocate, but has since reopened and will celebrate its new location in the coming weeks. Established in 2024 as part of a $2 million pledge toward local recovery following Hurricanes Helene and Milton, the Glazer Family Small Business Fund works with eight chambers of commerce across the region and has already distributed more than $1.2 million in grants to nearly 300 small businesses.
As part of the Tampa Bay Chef Series presented by Corona, Week 10 will feature Chef Patrick Quakenbush of Ulele, serving a Native-inspired Alligator Sausage Loaded Chili Dog with duck, wild boar, and venison chili, jalapeño, and red onion on a potato bun. The dish will be available at select locations throughout the stadium, including the Hyundai Club (Section 212), Stadium Club (Section 237), and the main concourse (Section 108).
