Provide end-user support for a variety of tech systems and devices, while helping track and resolve service requests. You'll also assist with IT inventory and gain exposure to areas like security, networking, cloud, infrastructure, and stadium AV and broadcasting technology.

Support the Corporate Partnerships team in creating high-impact marketing presentations and activating sponsorships through events, branding, and community programs. You'll gain firsthand experience in sponsorship sales, professional sports business development, and sponsorship fulfillment.

Work inside with the Video Production team to shoot, edit, and produce video content for web and social platforms. Responsibilities include covering press events, creating feature content pieces, and assisting with various production tasks.

Support daily procurement and inventory operations, including ordering, stocking, and vendor coordination. You'll gain hands-on experience with pricing negotiations, contracts, and internal department collaboration, while learning key processes like bidding, purchasing, and merchandise tracking.

Support the Performance Nutrition team in delivering clinical, food service, and performance-based nutrition programming. Responsibilities include managing fueling stations, assisting with player testing and reporting, overseeing inventory, contributing to educational efforts, and coordinating game-day and travel nutrition logistics.

Support the Marketing team in executing fan engagement campaigns, local activations, and brand initiatives to grow the Krewe. Responsibilities include campaign support, influencer coordination, event planning, data reporting, contest fulfillment, and providing day-to-day assistance to the Street Team and Jr. Bucs fan club, as well as administrative and creative services support.

Be part of the Events & Entertainment team to plan and execute live events and game day entertainment. One intern will focus on Events and the other on Entertainment, with cross-training in both areas. Responsibilities include everything from coordinating performances and special guests to managing logistics for corporate and community events, as well as supporting daily department operations and on-site execution.

Support the Digital team by publishing content on the Buccaneers' website and YouTube channel, writing SEO-friendly copy, and working within multiple CMS platforms. You will also assist with asset management, web/app page creation, and tracking digital performance through analytics and reporting.

Support the Community Impact team in executing charitable events, managing in-kind donation requests, and assisting with player and affinity group community initiatives.

Assist the Communications team in managing media relations, coordinating credentials, and supporting the creation of team publications and press materials. Responsibilities include transcribing interviews, compiling media coverage, drafting press releases, assisting with player media sessions, supporting game day press operations, and coordinating media logistics.

Support the Team Operations Department in planning and executing team travel, managing training camp assistants, and coordinating logistics throughout the season. Responsibilities include compiling travel guides, preparing materials, reconciling billing, assisting with practices, handling transport, and fulfilling various operational tasks—travel availability is required.

Support the BucVision team in creating original, engaging video and graphic content for game-day presentations and digital platforms. Responsibilities include shooting and editing video, operating production equipment, assisting with live stadium events, and developing creative visuals for in-stadium use.

Support the Player Engagement team by fostering strong relationships between players' families and the organization. Responsibilities include serving as a key point of contact, coordinating resources and communication, organizing family events, assisting with player development programs like Rookie Academy, and managing post-game family areas.

Works with our entire roster & in close collaboration with the coaching staff, performance staff, and sports medicine team. Assists in the implementation of evidence-based training programs - via performance monitoring and analysis - designed to optimize athletic performance, mitigate risk, and support specific protocols.
