Gameday Roles
PT – Game Day Supervisor
The Game Day Operations Area Supervisor ensures a safe, clean, and enjoyable fan experience by overseeing concessions, guest services, security, and facility operations in their area. They serve as visible, approachable resources for fans, resolve issues quickly through the Command Center, and collaborate with stadium partners to maintain high standards. Strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
PT – Mobile Box Office
This role focuses on supporting fans with digital ticketing by proactively greeting guests, providing guidance to the correct stadium entrances, and resolving issues using tools such as Ticketmaster, TM1 Sales, and the Buccaneers mobile app. Team members work closely with gate supervisors to ensure smooth entry, while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to Raymond James Stadium policies.
PT – Club Access Control
Ensures a smooth and secure entry experience by scanning tickets and verifying guest access to designated club areas. Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with mobile tickets, and directing them to their proper seating. Resolves guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
PT Security – Security Officer
Maintains safety and security across the property through active patrols, emergency response, and access control. Supports event operations, manages crowd control, coordinates with emergency services, and ensures a secure environment while delivering strong customer service.
PT – 50/50 Raffle Seller
Engages fans to promote and sell raffle tickets benefiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers foundation, raising both funds and awareness. Accurately handles transactions while educating fans about the program and serving as a positive brand ambassador.
PT – Guest & Member Relations Game Day
Delivers top-tier customer service by greeting and assisting fans throughout the stadium on game days. Ensures smooth entry/exit, provides directions, answers questions, and maintains a friendly, helpful presence from arrival to departure.
PT Marketing – Street Team
Supports Tampa Bay Buccaneers' growth with all youth and families by activating the free Jr. Bucs Kids Zone until kickoff. This includes football-related fan experiences, managing vehicle, inflatable, and photo opportunity setups, and representing the organization with fun and professionalism. Engages communities through grassroots marketing while ensuring operational excellence with equipment and reporting. Drives fan participation in promotions like Jr. Bucs Fan Club member sales and lead generation.
