The Season Pass Card replaces the need for fans to bring different tickets to each game

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced Friday that they are introducing a new Buccaneers Season Pass Card for 2009 general season ticket holders. Each Season Pass Card will allow entry to the Stadium and access to their designated seat for all nine Buccaneers home games during the 2009 preseason and regular season. This convenient new card will replace having to possess nine separate tickets by having one pass for the entire season.

"We are very excited about our new season pass card," said Buccaneers Senior Director of Sales and Finance Jason Layton. "Our fans no longer have to worry about whether they brought the right ticket to the right game - they just need one card for the entire season. In addition, the card will allow us to offer instant discounts and promotions at the stadium or through our Pewter Partners."

Information for the 2009 Season Pass Card:

You will have one Season Pass Card for each seat that you own.

Each Season Pass Card should be stored in a safe place and re-used for each home game during the 2009 season.

If you prefer paper tickets, you can print any of your tickets yourself by logging on to Buccaneers Account Manager and forwarding the tickets to your personal e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail with your tickets attached that you can then print at any time.

If you can't make a game or want to give your tickets to a friend for a game, there is no need to give or mail your Season Pass Card to anyone. Instead, you can forward your tickets to friends, family or colleagues via e-mail. Just log on to Buccaneers Account Manager, and select the game for which you wish to forward your tickets. The Season Pass Cards will be deactivated for any games in which a ticket has been forwarded.

Answers to Common Questions

Q. I like paper tickets instead of a card, what can I do?A. You can log on to Buccaneers Account Manager and forward any of your tickets to your personal e-mail and then print the ticket out. Once the ticket has been forwarded to your email, your Season Pass Card is then deactivated for that game. The printed ticket works exactly like the tickets you have received in the past. If you do not have your Buccaneers Account Manager password, contact the Buccaneers Ticket Office at (813) 879-2827.

Q. Will my Season Pass Card still work for future games if I have printed out a ticket for a game?A. Yes, just not for the game for which you have printed your ticket.

Q. I split my tickets with a friend. What are my options?A. You can log on to Buccaneers Account Manager and forward your tickets via e-mail to your friend or forward the tickets to your personal e-mail, print them out and give them to your friend. Q. Do I need to show ID with my card at the game?A. No, you do not. Q. What happens if I lose my Season Pass Card?A. You can log on to Buccaneers Account Manager and forward the tickets to your personal e-mail - this process will deactivate the Season Pass Card and you will be able to print your tickets. Q. If I have four tickets will I get one Season Pass Card?A. You will get one Season Pass Card for each season ticket you own. In the above example, you would receive four Season Pass Cards, one for each seat. Q. How does the Season Pass Card work?A. The Season Pass Card works exactly the same as a regular ticket. The Ticket taker will scan the barcode on the back of the pass and it will admit you to the game. The seat location is on the front of the card just as it is displayed on a ticket.

Q. What happens if I print out a ticket and then lose it? What do I do?A. This ticket is the same as the printed tickets you have had in the past. If you lose the printed ticket, the ticket account holder should contact the Buccaneers Ticket Office at 813-879-2827 and we will reprint the ticket for you. You can pick up the ticket at our office prior to game day or at the will call window on game day.
