Alicia Schulhof is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She has served as the President of Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital since 2021 where she oversees all aspects of the health system, leading its vision, strategy, and mission expansion in treatment, education, research, and advocacy. Under her leadership, the hospital achieved its strongest performance and engagement results and was, again, ranked the #1 children's hospital in Florida and #4 in the Southeastern United States by U.S. News and World Report. Johns Hopkins All Children's is proud to serve as the only nationally ranked children's hospital in Tampa Bay.
Previously, Schulhof served as President of Peyton Manning Children's Hospital after serving in various leadership positions of progressive responsibility at both Indiana University Health and HCA Healthcare.

Amanda Stevens, CEO of Raymond James Bank, joined the institution in 2018 as the Chief Operations and Strategy Officer. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, she was previously the CFO of USAmeriBancorp, Inc., and held an executive position in the financial services group at Crowe.
Active in the community, Amanda serves on the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association Tampa Bay, where she chaired the Tampa Bay Go Red for Women luncheon in 2022. She also serves on the board of the Florida Bankers Association and previously was Vice President on the board of The Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women in Tampa.
Ashley Layfield is an on-air personality and the Director of Programming and Brand Strategy for iHeartMedia Tampa's WFUS /US103.5 radio station, better known in the market as US103.5 Tampa Bay's #1 for New Country. Over her 17-year radio career, she has earned multiple Academy of Country Music and Country Music Association nominations for personality and station of the year. She began in 2009 as a promotions intern and advanced through roles including morning show producer, Music Director/Assistant Program Director, morning show host, and now midday host on US103.5. As Director of Programming, she oversees all programming, promotions, and sales initiatives, including major country music events for US103.5. Layfield serves on the Country Radio Broadcasters' Board in Nashville, and has been recognized on Country Aircheck's "Power 31," Barrett Media's Top 20 PDs, and Radio Ink's Best 25 Country Program Directors.
Bemetra Simmons has served as president and CEO of Tampa Bay Partnership since September 2021. The organization unites regional business and nonprofit leaders to enhance the civic and economic well-being of Tampa Bay residents. Leveraging her extensive network across the eight-county region, the state, and nationally, Ms. Simmons drives solutions in workforce development, education, transportation, and housing affordability.
She previously held leadership roles at United Way Suncoast, Mutual of Omaha Bank, Wells Fargo, and BB&T. She serves on several boards, including the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Jacksonville Branch, St. Leo University, Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and Visit Tampa Bay. Recognized as a 2025 "Most Admired CEO" and a 2024 Women of Distinction honoree, she holds a BS from Christian Brothers University and an MBA from Wake Forest University.
Casey Phillips is in her 11th season as the Buccaneers Team Reporter, a role that includes hosting weekly TV shows, radio shows, and podcasts, emceeing events, commercial voiceovers, and providing content for the Buccaneers website and social media channels. She is a member of Tampa's 2025 40 Under 40 class. A native of Dallas, Texas, she earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Missouri in Radio Television Journalism and Broadcast Management.
Before joining the Buccaneers, she worked in the Sports PR department for Walt Disney World, and served as Team Reporter for the Washington Wizards and Mystics and the St. Louis Rams. She also served as an adjunct professor at USF last spring teaching a course she created about on-camera sports reporting.
Cassie McBride is a prominent sports executive and legal professional, currently serving as Chief Legal Counsel for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Cassie has an impressive career trajectory. She previously worked as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the San Jose Sharks and the Jacksonville Jaguars, where she became one of the youngest attorneys to hold such a position in professional football.

Karen Lu, MD, is the Executive Vice President and Physician-in-Chief at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute in Tampa. Prior to joining Moffitt in 2024, she was Chair of the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas. LeeAnn Kreischer was born in rural Georgia, her first job in high school was driving a tow truck after cheerleading practice. She moved to New York City in the early '90s where she began acting and writing. LeeAnn then moved to Los Angeles and continued her career as a screenwriter, having 8 rom-com screenplays optioned.
In the early 2000's, she met a thin, rather attractive, stand-up comedian named Bert Kreischer. They had two beloved daughters and are now empty nesters. She is the host of the renowned podcast, Wife of the Party. She is a creative collaborator with Bert, producing his stand-up specials, as well as a comedy festival Fully Loaded, which they also own, and is COO of their production company, Berty Boy Productions.

Mika Kleinschmidt is a TV host, producer, and personality; a Tampa Bay–based Realtor; and the CEO of Dirt2Design LLC.
Her career path went from running a fitness franchise for 10 years to real estate development. She has been blessed to share this gift with the world on multiple TV series, but is known mostly for new construction design and interior design on her current program 100 Day Dream Home on HGTV.
Her passions include musical theater, paddling, and spending time with her family—especially her husband and co-host, and her 17-year-old daughter, Jade.
