Owner/Co-Chairman Bryan Glazer enters his 26th year with the Buccaneers, working tirelessly to support the Buccaneers franchise and brand. Possessing an acute business sense, Glazer oversees many of the day-to-day operations of the club and has shaped the Buccaneers into one of the most recognizable and successful franchises in the National Football League. Over the past quarter-century, he has also evolved into one of Tampa Bay’s top community leaders through his dedicated commitment to a variety of philanthropic endeavors.
Darcie Glazer Kassewitz has been the driving force behind many of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ innovative, forward-thinking fan engagement and community outreach initiatives, retail activation, and facility design. She is focused on ensuring that the Buccaneers and the Glazer Vision Foundation create a lasting positive impact on the Tampa Bay community.
Entering his 26th season with Tampa Bay in 2020, Owner/Co-Chairman Edward Glazer oversees many aspects of the team’s day-to-day business operations.
Jason Licht was named the fifth general manager in franchise history on January 21, 2014. Licht (pronounced LIGHT) owns more than two decades of scouting and player personnel experience with five organizations. In 24 NFL seasons, including one as a coach, the clubs that Licht has worked for have amassed a 198-186 (.517) record, nine playoff appearances, eight division championships, four conference championships and one Super Bowl title.
Brian A. Ford, Jr. enters his 14th year with the organization after joining the Buccaneers in 2006 and in his role, oversees all aspects of the organization’s day-to-day business operations and community involvement. He works directly with team ownership to ensure that Buccaneers fans, season pass members and corporate sponsors receive a first- in-class experience. Under Ford’s leadership, the Buccaneers have consistently earned top marks among NFL teams for customer service experience, ranking No. 1 in the league’s annual Voice of the Fan report six of the past eight seasons.
