Entering his 31st season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2025, Owner and Co-Chairman Edward Glazer plays an active role in the team’s day-to-day business operations. Owner/Co-Chairman Joel Glazer is entering his 31st season overseeing the day-to-day operations of the franchise, along with other members of the Glazer family.
Jason Licht was named the fifth general manager in franchise history on January 21, 2014, and enters his 12th season at the helm, making him the fifth-longest tenured traditional general manager in the NFL. Licht owns more than two decades of scouting and player personnel experience with six organizations. In 29 NFL seasons, including one as a coach, the clubs that Licht has worked for have amassed a 250-221 (.531) record, 14 playoff appearances, 12 division championships, five conference championships and two Super Bowl titles.
Brian A. Ford, Jr. enters his 19th year with the organization after joining the Buccaneers in 2006, and in his role, oversees all aspects of the organization’s day-to-day business operations and community involvement. He works directly with team ownership to ensure that Buccaneers fans, season pass members and corporate sponsors receive a first-in-class experience. Under Ford’s leadership, the Buccaneers have consistently earned top marks among NFL teams for customer service experience, ranking No. 1 in the league’s annual Voice of the Fan report in 11 of the past 13 seasons, including the last eight consecutive years.
