
Owner/Co-Chairman Bryan Glazer enters his 32nd year with the Buccaneers, working tirelessly to support the Buccaneers franchise and brand. Possessing an acute business sense, Glazer oversees many of the day-to-day operations of the club and has shaped the Buccaneers into one of the most recognizable and successful franchises in the National Football League. Over the three decades, he has also evolved into one of Tampa Bay’s top community leaders through his dedicated commitment to a variety of philanthropic endeavors.

Darcie Glazer Kassewitz is a driving force behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' commitment to innovation, fan engagement and community impact. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of this work, she has helped establish the Buccaneers as nationally recognized leaders in expanding opportunities for women in football and creating pathways for coaches seeking to break into the NFL.

Entering his 32nd season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2026, Owner and Co-Chairman Edward Glazer plays an active role in the organization’s strategic direction and day-to-day business operations. Glazer has been instrumental in shaping the organization’s fan-first philosophy and has led numerous initiatives that have significantly enhanced the Buccaneers’ brand, fan experience and business operations.




Jason Licht was named the fifth general manager in franchise history on January 21, 2014, and enters his 13th season at the helm, making him the fifth-longest tenured traditional general manager in the NFL. Licht owns more than two decades of scouting and player personnel experience with six organizations. In 30 NFL seasons, including one as a coach, the clubs that Licht has worked for have amassed 258 wins, 14 playoff appearances, 12 division championships, five conference championships and two Super Bowl titles.

Brian A. Ford, Jr. enters his 20th year with the organization after joining the Buccaneers in 2006, and in his role, oversees all aspects of the organization’s day-to-day business operations and community involvement. He works directly with team ownership to ensure that Buccaneers fans, season pass members and corporate sponsors receive a first-in-class experience. Under Ford’s leadership, the Buccaneers have consistently earned top marks among NFL teams for customer service experience, ranking No. 1 in the league’s annual Voice of the Fan report in 12 consecutive seasons dating back to 2013.
