Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Speyer was promoted from national scout to Senior National Scout as he enters his 13^th season with the Buccaneers. He is responsible for scouting prospects west of the Mississippi River. Prior to joining Tampa Bay, Speyer spent 12 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles' player personnel department, including 11 as a college scout covering the Southwest, Midwest and Northeast regions.

A native of Spring, Texas, Speyer played collegiately at Ricks College (Rexburg, Idaho), before serving a two-year LDS mission in Pocatello, Idaho. Speyer returned to Ricks for one semester before transferring to the University of Utah and earning his undergraduate degree in business management. He also earned an MBA and a master's degree in sports administration from Ohio University.

Speyer and his wife, Lynette, have two sons, Braden and Kahler, and a daughter, Hailey.
