Brian A. Ford, Jr. enters his 20th year with the organization after joining the Buccaneers in 2006, and in his role, oversees all aspects of the organization's day-to-day business operations and community involvement. He works directly with team ownership to ensure that Buccaneers fans, season pass members and corporate sponsors receive a first-in-class experience. Under Ford's leadership, the Buccaneers have consistently earned top marks among NFL teams for customer service experience, ranking No. 1 in the league's annual Voice of the Fan report in 12 consecutive seasons dating back to 2013.

Ford took an active role in leading the organization's 50th season celebration, including the facilitation of a 10-part original docuseries Raise The Flags: 50 Years of Buccaneers Football that streams on Amazon Prime for which Ford was honored by being named the Executive Producer. Â
Prior to joining the Buccaneers, Ford was part of the team that opened Raymond James Stadium as the district manager with Fine Host Corporation in 1998. He remained in that capacity until 2006, when he began his career with the Buccaneers.
An active participant in and around the Tampa Bay area serving on the boards of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay, American Cancer Society CEOs Against Cancer – Florida Chapter, National Pediatric Cancer Foundation, Tampa Bay Area Chiefs of Police Foundation, the Florida Sports Hall of Fame, the Florida State University Herbert Wertheim College of Business Board of Governors and the Dedman School of Hospitality Florida State University Director Council. In addition, he was also appointed as a member of the Board of Directors for the 2022 Special Olympics USA Games which was hosted in Orlando, Florida in June of 2022. Ford has also been a driving force and participant in the team's annual Cut for a Cure event supporting cancer research. The annual event has raised over $750,000 for the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation to date.
He also created the 'Buccaneers Best Krewe' game ball program, a monthly initiative that recognizes individuals for their outstanding efforts in Hillsborough and Pasco counties, including members of CENTCOM, MacDill Police, Hillsborough County Public Schools, the Pasco County School District, the Tampa Police Department, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the St. Petersburg Police Department. Honorees, nominated by their peers, receive custom game balls and the opportunity to attend Buccaneers games or training camp practices.
Ford is also active at MacDill Air Force Base and is a member of the Honorary Commander 927th Air Refueling Wing, which allows businessmen and women from the local community an opportunity for an up close and personal experience of the policies, programs and overall mission capability of the United States Air Force. He was named the Buccaneers Salute to Service Nominee in both 2024 and 2025 for his extensive work honoring service men and women over his nearly two decades in Tampa Bay. He was 1-of-32 honorees across the league each year to earn this recognition, which acknowledges the exceptional efforts by members of the NFL community to recognize and support U.S. service members, veterans and their families. Ford was also awarded the CENTCOM 'Iron Mike' award from U.S. Army General Michael "Erik" Kurilla, and is one of few civic leaders to receive the honor.
The native of Miramar, Florida, graduated from Florida State University in 1989 with a B.S. in business administration. In 2018, Ford was named the Alumnus of the Year from Florida State's Dedman School of Hospitality. In August of 2025, Ford received the Cecil B. Day Ethics Award from the Dedman College, which is given each year to a highly successful industry leader in hospitality who is recognized for their ethical leadership. He is an avid runner and triathlete, who has run a marathon each of the past 22 years and completed the local classic St. Anthony Olympic triathlon every year since 2004, in addition to finishing several 70.3 Half Ironman events over that same period.
He married his middle school sweetheart, Judy, in 1989 and the couple lives in Tampa and has two sons, Brian III and Brandon. Judy is also a graduate of Florida State University's College of Education. Both sons also graduated from and earned their master's degrees at FSU. Brandon graduated from Law School in 2024 before marrying his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth Moore in 2025.
