Korey Finnie enters his fourth season with the Buccaneers and his first as a college scout following one season as the team's NFS scout. In his current role, he is responsible for scouting the Northeast region.
Prior to being promoted this offseason, Finnie's responsibilities as NFS scout included evaluating players, gathering information and building reports on behalf of National Football Scouting and the Buccaneers. Finnie spent his first two seasons in Tampa Bay as a scouting assistant (2022-24). During this time, he was responsible for college and pro player evaluations, database management, as well as assisting with day-to-day operations in the personnel department.
Prior to arriving in Tampa Bay, Finnie served as a coaching assistant at his alma mater, Tulane University, for two seasons (2020-22). He also spent two seasons as an equipment manager at Tulane from 2018-20. The New Orleans native earned his Bachelor's degree in psychology and education from Tulane in 2020. He currently resides in Tampa.
