Peighton Roth enters her fifth season with the Buccaneers and her first as Manager of Football Administration and Scouting Operations.
Prior to her promotion during the 2026 offseason, Roth spent three seasons as the team's scouting coordinator. In her role, she is responsible for handling the day-to-day logistics of the personnel department along with evaluating players, organizing player workouts, and assisting with player contracts.
Roth began her career in Tampa Bay in 2021 as a team operation intern, during which she was responsible for assisting with team logistics, including team travel and game day preparations.
Prior to arriving in Tampa Bay, Roth attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison. The Yuma, Colorado, native earned her bachelor's degree in nutritional sciences in 2020. She currently resides in Tampa with her husband, Jack.
