Ticket Buyback Program, a Krewe Member benefit, designed to give you greater flexibility with your Krewe Membership!

Here's How It Works:

  • Season Pass Members may return tickets for up to two (2) regular season home games during the dedicated Ticket Buyback Period
  • For any game tickets returned during this window, a ticket credit will be issued to your account and automatically applied toward your 2027 Season Pass renewal.

What You Need to Know:

  • Platform: The Ticket Buyback process must be completed through your Buccaneers Account Manager.
  • Credit Value: You'll receive credit equal to the face value of each returned game ticket.

Credit Usage:

  • Credit is only valid toward your 2027 Season Pass renewal.
  • It cannot be transferred, used for other purchases, or rolled over to the 2028 season.
  • If you choose not to renew for the 2027 season, the credit will expire on the 2027 renewal deadline.
  • Account Status: Your 2026 season pass account must be current and in good standing to be eligible for participation.
  • Ineligible Tickets: Tickets that have been transferred, posted for resale, or donated will not be eligible for the Ticket Buyback Program.
  • Parking: Parking passes are not eligible for the Ticket Buyback Program.

DOWNLOAD THE APP

Download the official Buccaneers App for free from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device. Open the app, then select TICKETS on the bottom navigation bar.

ACCESS TICKETS & LOGIN

Select MY TICKETS button. Log in using the email address and password associated with your Buccaneers Account Manager.

SELECT GAME TO RETURN

You will see a listing for your seats and parking for each game. Select the TICKET option for the game you would like to return and then select MORE TICKET ACTIONS.  Note: Games must be returned one at a time and parking passes are not eligible for the Ticket Buyback Program.

SELECT SEATS TO RETURN

Select RETURN and the specific seats you would like to return for the game you selected and click CONTINUE.

SELECT REASON

Choose the reason you are returning the seats selected for that game and click CONTINUE.

REVIEW YOUR RETURN

Review the details of your return, including the seats selected and the total return credit for that game. If everything looks correct, click SUBMIT to complete your return.

RETURN CONFIRMED & 2027 RENEWAL

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your ticket return. Your ticket return credit will be applied toward your 2027 Season Pass renewal. Note: If you choose not to renew in 2027, the credit will be forfeited after the 2027 renewal deadline.
