- Justin Camp - Manager of Video Operations
- RJ Harvey - Video Coordinator
- Casey Jackson - Assistant Equipment Manager
- Levi Lewis - Video Coordinator
- Peighton Roth - Manager of Football Administration and Scouting Operations
- Tyler Thompson - Manager of Player Engagement
"I'm pleased to announce these staff promotions for these talented individuals who have played an important role in our team success over the years," said Buccaneers General Manager Jason Licht. "I frequently mention how fortunate we are to have such a strong football staff that does so much of the daily behind-the-scenes work, and I look forward to the continued contributions of this group as we prepare for the start of the 2026 season."
Quarles was elevated from senior director to Vice President of Football Operations as he continues his unrivaled run with the Buccaneers, which includes 10 seasons as one of the franchise's best linebackers (1997-2006) and 20 years in the front office (2007-26). He was a part of each of the franchise's title runs, winning Super Bowl XXXVII as a player and Super Bowl LV as a member of the front office. In his new role, Quarles will continue to work directly with the head coach and general manager in organizing day-to-day operations of the team, assisting with the reporting of daily player roster transactions to the league office, and overseeing all player travel and transportation.
Speyer was promoted from national scout to Senior National Scout as he enters his 13th season with the Buccaneers. He is responsible for scouting prospects west of the Mississippi River. Prior to joining Tampa Bay, Speyer spent 12 seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles' player personnel department, including 11 as a college scout covering the Southwest, Midwest and Northeast regions.
Pinkoski has been appointed the team's Director of Data Science and Innovation after being elevated from assistant director of performance science. This promotion further reflects the Buccaneers' ongoing commitment to being at the cutting edge of performance and analytics. Since joining Tampa Bay, Pinkoski has worked to cultivate a sports science program that emphasizes athlete health and performance, assisting with athletic activity monitoring systems and analyzing data collected on and off the field using a variety of performance technologies. In his expanded role, Pinkoski will lead the organization's data science and innovation initiatives, applying advanced analytics to enhance decision-making across player health, performance and football operations.
