Bucs Smoothie
- 10oz milk
- 1 cup frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 5.3oz Greek Yogurt – vanilla or strawberry flavored (we like Chobani blended or Oikos blended)
Berry Blast Smoothie
- 10oz milk
- ½ cup frozen bananas
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries/blackberries/raspberries)
- 1 5.3oz Greek Yogurt – blueberry or strawberry flavored
Hulk Smoothie
- 6oz orange juice
- 6oz milk
- ½ cup frozen banana
- ½ cup mango
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 cup frozen spinach leaves**
*note for frozen spinach – freeze fresh spinach leaves on a large sheet tray and then use in smoothies frozen – do not pre-purchase frozen spinach*
