Bucs Smoothie

  1. 10oz milk
  2. 1 cup frozen bananas
  3. 1 cup frozen strawberries
  4. 1 5.3oz Greek Yogurt – vanilla or strawberry flavored (we like Chobani blended or Oikos blended)

Berry Blast Smoothie

  1. 10oz milk
  2. ½ cup frozen bananas
  3. ½ cup frozen strawberries
  4. 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries/blackberries/raspberries)
  5. 1 5.3oz Greek Yogurt – blueberry or strawberry flavored

Hulk Smoothie

  1. 6oz orange juice
  2. 6oz milk
  3. ½ cup frozen banana
  4. ½ cup mango
  5. 1 cup pineapple
  6. 1 cup frozen spinach leaves**

*note for frozen spinach – freeze fresh spinach leaves on a large sheet tray and then use in smoothies frozen – do not pre-purchase frozen spinach*
