The Buccaneers have played a key role in the NFL Women's Careers in Football Forum, an annual event at the NFL Combine promoting diversity and inclusion. Ownership, Head Coach Bruce Arians and team staff have all taken an active role in the event, which helps broaden the candidate pool for NFL jobs in scouting, coaching, football operations and business.

In partnership with the NFL Forum, the Buccaneers have identified 43 qualified women pursuing careers in the NFL to assemble the Buccaneers Women's Summit for Careers in Football 2021 Class. These women are currently working in collegiate football programs in the areas of coaching, player personnel and football operations and have demonstrated a strong desire to be the next generation of leaders in the NFL. As part of the inaugural Class, they will gain unique access and opportunities to engage with the Buccaneers panelists throughout the year.
