Zachary Beistline enters his second season with the Buccaneers as Director of Football Research.
In his role, Beistline assists Vice President of Football Research Jacqueline Davidson in supporting the front office and coaching staff in strategy decisions, with a focus on game management.
Prior to arriving in Tampa Bay, Beistline spent 12 seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He began his career in Jacksonville as football operations intern (2012), before spending 10 seasons as football database analyst (2013-22) and his final two seasons as the team's director of game management.
The Shelby Township, Michigan, native earned his Bachelor's degree in kinesiology and exercise science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2012. He and his wife, Mare't, reside in Tampa with their three daughters, Everest, Lyla and Eden.
