The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today signed wide receiver Jacob Harris. In addition, the club has placed outside linebacker David Walker on Injured Reserve.
Harris (6-5, 211) originally entered the NFL as a fourth-round selection (No. 141 overall) by the Los Angeles Rams in the 2021 NFL Draft. He has since appeared in 18 career games for the Rams (2021-22) and Jacksonville Jaguars (2023), while also spending time with the Philadelphia Eagles (2024). Smith most recently played for the San Antonio Brahmas of the United Football League, where he brought in 18 receptions for 295 yards. The Palm Harbor, Florida, native played collegiately at the University of Central Florida (2018-20), appearing in 36 career games and bringing in 49 receptions for 987 yards and nine receiving touchdowns. He will wear No. 30 for Tampa Bay.
