2025 HIGHLIGHTS:

Was inactive for Weeks 1-3.

Made his 2025 debut in Week 4 vs. Philadelphia, starting at wide receiver and playing 58-of-72 offensive snaps. Finished with three receptions for 26 yards.

Started at wide receiver in the Week 5 win at Seattle, playing 47-of-61 offensive snaps and bringing in three receptions for 26 yards.

Was inactive for Weeks 6-11.

Returned from injury in Week 12 at the Los Angeles Rams, playing 25-of-70 offensive snaps and bringing in two receptions for nine yards.

Started at wide receiver in the Week 13 win over Arizona, playing 40-of-61 offensive snaps. He led Tampa Bay in receiving yards, bringing in the catches for 78 yards. After missing the second half of the 2024 season due to injury, Godwin's 78 receiving yards marked his most in a contest since Week 6 of the 2024 season against the New Orleans Saints.

In Week 14 vs. New Orleans, played 51-of-74 offensive snaps and led the team in catches (five) and receiving yards (55). It marked Godwin's 56th game since 2019 in which he records five-or-more catches and 50+ receiving yards – tied for seventh-most in the NFL at the time.

In Weeks 13-14, Godwin recorded four catches of 20-or-more yards, tied for the third-most in the NFL over that stretch and trailing only Detroit's Jameson Williams and the L.A. Rams' Puka Nacua.

Started at wide receiver in Week 15 vs. Atlanta, playing 66-of-69 offensive snaps and tallying four receptions for 20 yards and one touchdown, plus a two- point conversion reception.

His scoring grab in Week 15 marked the 40th career touchdown reception of his

career, joining him with Mike Evans as the only players in franchise history with 40+ touchdown catches as a member of the Buccaneers.

With his two-point conversion reception in Week 15, Godwin broke a tie with Mike Evans for the most two-point conversions in club history, with five. His five career two-point conversions were tied for the ninth-most in NFL history at the time.

In Week 16 at Carolina, played 41-of-64 offensive snaps and hauled in a team- high-tying five receptions for 30 yards on the day.

With his five catches in Week 16, he surpassed 600 career receptions, joining Mike Evans as the lone players in franchise history with 600+ receptions for Tampa Bay. He also surpassed the 7,500 career receiving yards mark in Week 16, again joining Mike Evans as the only players in club history to reach that milestone with Tampa Bay.

Started at wide receiver in Week 17 at Miami, playing 53-of-67 offensive snaps and catching seven receptions for 108 yards and a touchdown. It marked the 23rd career 100-yard performance for Godwin and his first since 10/13/24 at New Orleans.

In Week 17, Godwin Jr. picked up his second receiving touchdown of the season and the 41st of his NFL career – the second-most in franchise history behind only Mike Evans.

In the Week 18 win over Carolina, started at wide receiver and played 47-of-67 offensive snaps, bringing in one catch for eight yards.

COLLEGE:

Played in 40 games, with 28 starts, catching 153 passes for 2,404 yards (15.7 avg.) and 18 touchdowns.

Ranks fourth in Penn State history in touchdown receptions (18) and receiving yards (2,404), while standing at seventh on the all-time reception list (153).

Recorded nine 100-yard receiving games (three in 2016, five in 2015 and against Boston College in the 2014 New Era Pinstripe Bowl) and five games with multiple touchdown catches (four in 2016, one in 2015).

Started all 14 games as a true junior (2016), catching 59 passes for 982 yards and 11 touchdowns. His 11 touchdown receptions were the second-most in a single season in Penn State history.

Earned All-Bowl team honors from NCAA.com, Sports Illustrated, Athlon Sports (second team) and Associated Press (honorable mention), while also being named to the ESPN.com Big Ten All-Bowl Team.

Named All-Big Ten by Pro Football Focus (second team) Phil Steele and Athlon Sports (third team) and the league's coaches (honorable mention).

In the Rose Bowl against USC, recorded a career-high and Penn State bowl record 187 receiving yards, the fourth-most in Rose Bowl history, while adding two touchdown catches, which tied the school's bowl game record.

During his sophomore season (2015), started 11-of-13 games and caught 69 passes for 1,101 yards and five touchdowns. He became one of only three Penn State receivers to eclipse 1,000 receiving yards in a season (also Bobby Engram & Allen Robinson) and his 1,101 yards are the second-most in a single season in school history.

Named All-Big Ten by the Big Ten media (second team) and coaches (third team), while earning second-team All-Big Ten honors from the Associated Press.

As a true freshman (2014), was named to the BTN.com Big Ten All-Freshman Team after playing in 13 games with three starts, catching 26 passes for 338 yards and two touchdowns.

Earned ESPN.com All-Bowl Team honors after catching seven passes for 140 yards and one touchdown against Boston College in the New Era Pinstripe Bowl.

PERSONAL:

Attended Middletown High School (Middletown, Delaware).

As a senior, set a Delaware prep record with 18 receiving touchdowns and was named Delaware Gatorade Player of the Year, as well as being named first-team all-state and first-team All-Blue Hen Conference.

Selected to play in the Under Armour All-American Game.

Son of the late Rod Sr. and Lisa Godwin. Has a brother, Marcus, and two sisters, Sharhonda and Rian.

Married to Mariah, with one son, Ace.

In 2019, Godwin Jr. launched his foundation. The Team Godwin Foundation helps provide at-risk children and animals a second chance through advocacy and financial support.

Sponsored service dogs for two Army veterans in partnership with K9s For Warriors, aiding in PTSD recovery.

Donated $50 per reception to fund shelter dog rescues and promote adoptions.

Raised over $82,000 through his MVP Initiative to support pets impacted by hurricanes and natural disasters.

In 2020, supported his Team Godwin Foundation as part of the NFL's My Cause, My Cleats initiative.

Godwin Jr. sat in on bail and probation hearings at the Hillsborough County Courthouse to gain perspective on the criminal justice system.

As a response to COVID-19, Godwin Jr. invited Bucs fans to send him a tweet shouting out an unsung hero and rewarded first responders around the country.

In December 2017, visited Lopez Elementary School in Seffner to present a $10,000 Fuel Up to Play 60 Hometown Grant, an initiative developed by the NFL to provide grants to support physical activity and nutrition programs in school districts.

In December 2017, visited patients battling illness at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg to raise their spirits during the holidays.

In June 2017, toured MacDill Air Force Base to greet military servicemen and servicewomen and learn about the important role that the base plays in the Tampa community and beyond.

In June 2017, went go-karting with first- year members from Tampa Fire Rescue.
