Was named one of 15 semifinalists for The Maxwell Award, presented annually to the nation's most outstanding college football player and was named First Team All-ACC, earning most votes out of anyone on All-ACC team. Also ran on the Orange track and field team during the indoor season, finishing with a 6.90 second career best mark.

Became starting running back four games into the season following a rash of injuries and opt-outs at the position.
