Week 6 FanDuel Fantasy Football Highlights

Here are some of the highlights from FanDuel lineups this past week.

Week 6 brings you many new faces in regards to top performers for your FanDuel lineups.

Matthew Stafford stood above the rest in Week 6 when he finished with 34.9 FanDuel points. How much did he cost you? Only $6,900. That's a ridiculous price for a quarterback, but that's what four passing touchdowns and 405 passing yards will get you. It's always nice to see Stafford up in the ranks. The Detroit Lions went on to defeat the Chicago Bears in the high scoring game 37-34.

A name that continues to pop up on FanDuel lineups is Atlanta Falcon's Devonta Freeman. The running back continues to rise in price week-after-week and continues to have his owning percentage rise as well. The once $6,500 guy is now costing you $8,000 and he has been worth every penny. He was the highest scoring running back this week with 31.6 points against the Saints. He surpassed the 100 rushing yards make as well as two touchdowns and eight receptions. Although the Falcons fell to New Orleans on Thursday, Freeman remains a fantasy favorite. If you have the room in your salary cap, I would suggest grabbing him once again when he faces Tennessee Sunday. The Falcons are 5-1 this season, and Freeman is a major reason for that.

The San Diego Chargers added to the Green Bay Packers' winning streak Sunday, but that didn't stop quarterback Philip Rivers for having a day on FanDuel. He tallied 28.12 FDP for your lineups with two passing touchdowns and 503 passing yards in a 20-27 emotional loss. Free advice, don't watch the post-game press conference with Philip Rivers, and if you do, it's okay to cry.

Chris Ivory continues to amaze me. He was a fantasy favorite heading into the season, and he proved that Sunday against Washington. The Jets' wide receiver scored 27.10 FanDuel points for your lineups which included 146 rushing yards and a touchdown. He faces a tough New England Patriots team in Week 7 so unless a miracle happens, I would hold off. It's the Patriots.
