Bucs' Antoine Winfield Jr., Tristan Wirfs Repeat as Pro Bowl Selections

Tackle Tristan Wirfs has earned his fifth Pro Bowl invitation and safety Antoine Winfield Jr. his second, and the Buccaneers also have two Pro Bowl alternates in cornerback Jamel Dean and quarterback Baker Mayfield

PRO BOWL PHASE 4 - 16X9

Tackle Tristan Wirfs and safety Antoine Winfield Jr., two of the most decorated players at their respective positions in Tampa Bay Buccaneers history, are each adding another major honor to their résumés. On Tuesday, both Wirfs and Winfield Jr. were named to the 2026 Pro Bowl roster.

In addition, the cornerback Jamel Dean and Baker Mayfield were named as alternates for the Pro Bowl, meaning they could eventually be named to the roster.

The NFL announced the entire roster for this season's Pro Bowl on Tuesday morning. With Wirfs – who was named a "starter" for the event – and Winfield getting chosen, the Buccaneers will be represented on both offense and defense for the second year in a row and the third time in the last five years.

Wirfs is headed for the league's all-star game for the fifth year in a row and has received that honor in every season except his rookie campaign. He has the most Pro Bowl selections of any offensive lineman in team history, two more than center Tony Mayberry. The only offensive players at any position who have been selected to more Pro Bowls than Wirfs are fullback Mike Alstott and wide receiver Mike Evans, with six each.

Wirfs has also been a first-team Associated Press All-Pro twice and is the only player in NFL history to earn that honor at both right and left tackle. He is the only first-team AP All-Pro selection in franchise annals.

Winfield will make his second trip to the Pro Bowl after also being selected in 2021. He joins Hall of Famer John Lynch as the only safeties in team history to earn multiple Pro Bowl invitations. Winfield was also a first-team AP All-Pro selection in 2023, joining Lynch as the only two Tampa Bay safeties with that designation.

Mayfield made the Pro Bowl in each of his first two seasons with the Buccaneers and was named the Offensive MVP of the 2023 Pro Bowl games. He is the only quarterback in franchise history to earn multiple Pro Bowl invitations. If Dean is eventually added to this year's roster it will be his first Pro Bowl appearance, and the first by a Tampa Bay cornerback since Darrelle Revis in 2013.

This season's Pro Bowl games will take place in the week leading up to Super Bowl LX on February 3, 2026. It will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California, home to this season's Super Bowl Experience.
