Evans is making his second career appearance in the Top 100 after finishing No. 75 as a rookie.

On Monday, players around the league confirmed what many already knew – that Mike Evans is one of the NFL's best players. Evans became the third member of the Buccaneers selected to the NFL's Top 100 list, joining Jameis Winston (No. 57) and Gerald McCoy (52). It is just the second time that Evans has made the top 100; he was listed at No. 75 following his rookie season in 2014.

Statistically speaking, 2016 was Evans' best season as a pro. He finished the year with career-highs in receiving yards (1,312) and receptions (96) and also caught 12 touchdown passes, tying the Buccaneers' single-season record that he himself set as a rookie. Evans was No. 2 among wide receivers in touchdown receptions, No. 5 in receiving yards and No. 6 in receptions. For his efforts, he was selected to his first Pro Bowl.

Evans has recorded at least 1,000 receiving yards in each of his first three seasons and already has 27 career touchdown receptions, which are the fourth-most in team history.
