(On if he has any new takeaways after reviewing the film from Sunday's loss)

"About the same as yesterday – we've got to make plays on offense. We can coach it better for sure. We've got to make plays. We've been in worse situations in practice in two-minute [drills] than the [28]-yard line. We've got to be able to execute. I think the one drive they scored on, we missed two tackles and we had a 15-yard facemask penalty, so that [contributed] to that. We've definitely got to coach that better and play it better."

(On the Browns converting four third downs late in the game)

"[They were] missed opportunities. One time we fell off of [Browns QB Deshaun Watson] – we had him in the backfield. The other time he got through on a scramble and kind of ran for the first down. [We] had everybody covered, had everything locked up. He just made a play."

(On the missed tackles by the defense through the first two weeks, specifically from LB Alex Anzalone)

"Well, he wasn't the only one that missed tackles. I mean, we had a few guys miss tackles in the second half that led to some plays. We've just got to tackle better."

(On his confidence level in Anzalone)

"[I am] still confident in him. Like I said, we've got a lot of guys that [have] got a lot of things to clean up. If you put somebody on the bench for messing up, then everybody is on the bench."

(On if he thinks the pass rush improved from Week 1 to Week 2)

"Yeah, I do. I mean, they didn't have a lot of opportunities. [In the] second half, the ball was coming out quick. They rolled out a little bit, dashed, screened us some. We definitely had some guys step up."

(On OLB Rueben Bain Jr.'s production through the first two games, and if it's possible that his shoulder injury is still bothering him)

"He says it's not. I mean, I don't think he's completely healthy, but at the same time, he's good enough to play, so we've got to get more production there."

(On potentially rotating Bain more)

"We rotated a lot of bodies this week. We rotated a lot yesterday. Everybody got to play."

(On the decision to kick a field goal on fourth-and-2 in the fourth quarter)

"The way the last play had went, it made me think of kicking it. You always want to get the lead first and then go from there."

(On the Buccaneers losing nine of their last 11 games, and if that impacts this team's confidence for the remainder of this season)

"I feel like that won't be determined until the end of the season. I think if you lose the first two games of the year, that doesn't determine the other 15 games. That's probably a question that could be answered [better] later than now. Right now, we're 0-2 – we're not 0-9 or 0-11. That doesn't bother me as much from that standpoint. We've just got to get better and win a ballgame."

(On if he had a good idea of how he wanted the team to handle the extended weather delay)

"We were very aware of everything we wanted to do when we came back out there and how we wanted it to go, so everybody was fully briefed on what we wanted to happen."

(On if it's possible that the offensive line's holding penalties are due in part to QB Baker Mayfield extending plays with his legs)

"There were two of them for sure on third down where there was a lot of scrambling going on. Then after that, it's kind of a crapshoot, and you've got to kind of have a feel of when to let go and when that guy is tugging back, going back another way. That made it kind of tough. But, you know, he's been scrambling for a while and the guys have kind of gotten used to it. We just can't have the penalties."

(On the offensive line's performance through the first two games)

"I think the run game…I wouldn't say they're not playing up to their potential. I think they're still getting [their] cohesiveness, so to speak. I think the run game is working pretty [well], and they're getting there. I think we need some work at protection and picking up some stunts. That will continually get better, and I think they'll be fine in the long run."

(On attacking the middle of the field in the passing game)

"I think a lot of people have been packing the middle of the field, so we've got to offset things, obviously, with the running game and do some more things outside as well."

(On WR Jalen McMillan's limited role in his return)

"Yeah, he's healthy, and he's not all the way there yet, but he's close to getting there. So just to get him in and try to get him juiced up and get him going was a good start."

(On whether McMillan will have a bigger role when fully healthy)

"Absolutely."

(On if there's an increased urgency to get the first win of the season)

"I think [there is] always pressure until you get your first win out [of] the way. You know, you try to get it out the way at the beginning of the season so you don't have to worry about it anymore. It's not a different kind of pressure, so to speak. It's probably a different kind of urgency – not that you're not playing urgent already – but you just want to get that first win on the board."

(On choosing to have four tight ends active in Week 2 despite the team's depth concerns with injuries to the cornerback position)

"It's more or less having special teams guys available, and we've been playing [well] on [special] teams the last two weeks, and we kind of wanted to keep that core intact."

(On the challenges presented by the Minnesota Vikings, and if he's preparing to potentially see multiple quarterbacks)

"Yeah, you've got to prepare for [Kyler] Murray, you've got to prepare for [Carson] Wentz and, obviously, Justin Jefferson – arguably the best receiver in the league, [along with] the run game. Obviously, their defense and their defensive pressure makes [you] want to go tit for tat on defense and make sure you don't give up anything. They present a lot of challenges. Kevin [O'Connell] does a great job of running the ball and play-action with those guys, so it's going to be a tough challenge."

(On Vikings Defensive Coordinator Brian Flores' defensive acumen)

"He's very smart. It's not just the blitz. He's very intelligent. He understands where his guys are, and they understand what he's calling and know where they've got help at, and don't have help at, at all times. They execute at a high level."

(On the mood of the team following an 0-2 start)

"Angrily optimistic. You're always mad when you lose, and you're never satisfied that way, but you're always optimistic for the game and the things you've done well and getting ready for the next week as well."

(On OLB David Walker recording his first career sack)

"He showed some juice off the ball. It was very good for him turning the corner. He's got to continue to develop, and he'll get more time."

(On if he's concerned with RB Bucky Irving's workload, and RB Kenny Gainwell's role)

"No, I'm not concerned at all. Again, it's the second game, and he had the hot hand, so he was going early. Kenny will help us a great deal, and he'll do more than that, as well as he was playing more [special] teams and returning kicks for us as well. Kenny is going to help us. He's still a 1B for us. We know it's a long season, and we're going to need him immensely. We're going to need Sean [Tucker] as well and possibly Josh [Williams]. I'm not worried about that right now."
