Has appeared in 22 career games for the Buccaneers, logging four receptions for 64 yards and one touchdown, adding four carries for 24 yards.

Also serves as a primary punt and kick returner, having recorded 27 career punt returns for an average of 11.2 yards per return and 27 career kick returns for an average of 25.4 yards per return.

Recorded an 11.2 yards per punt return average in 2025, the fourth-highest mark in club history and highest by a Buccaneers returner since Clifton Smith in 2008 (14.1). Also produced a 25.4 yards per kick return average in 2025, the sixth-best mark in team history.

2025 HIGHLIGHTS:

Appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on offense in the Week 1 victory in Atlanta, playing 12 special teams snaps and one snap on offense. Recorded one punt return for 54 yards.

Johnson's 54-yard punt return in Week 1 marked Tampa Bay's longest punt return since Bobby Rainey returned one 58 yards on Oct. 11, 2015 vs. Jacksonville.

In the Week 2 win at Houston, appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on offense, playing nine special teams snaps and seven offensive snaps. Finished with one punt return for six yards and two kick returns for 42 yards (21.0 avg.).

Appeared primarily on special teams in the Week 3 win over the New York Jets, playing nine special teams snaps and recording two punt returns for -1 yard.

In Week 4 vs. Philadelphia, appeared on six offensive snaps and 23 special teams snaps. He returned six punts for a total of 100 punt return yards (16.7 avg.) on the day, including a return long of 46 yards. Johnson's 46-yard return was his second punt return of 40+ yards on the year, tied at the time for the second-most by a returner in Buccaneers history and trailing only Karl Williams in 2002 (three).

Johnson's 16.7 punt return average in Week 4 marked the highest in a single game by a Tampa Bay returner (min.

five returns) since Karl Williams' 20.0 average on Oct. 13, 2002 vs. Cleveland.

Through four weeks, Johnson's 15.9 average yards per punt return was the highest mark in the NFL (min. 10 punt returns).

Appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on offense in the Week 5 win at Seattle, logging seven offensive snaps and 16 special teams snaps. Produced one carry for two yards. As a returner, fielded just one punt for a fair catch.

Enjoyed a breakout game offensively in the Week 6 win over the 49ers, entering the game with zero career receptions and playing 26-of-53 offensive snaps to finish with four receptions for a team-leading 64 yards and one touchdown catch.

In Week 6, Johnson's first career catch came on a 34-yard touchdown pass from Baker Mayfield.

Per Pro Football Focus, Johnson was Tampa Bay's second-highest gradedoffensive player in the Week 6 win over San Francisco, earning an 83.7 overall offensive grade.

In Week 7 at Detroit, appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on offense, tallying 16 special teams snaps and 15 offensive snaps. Recorded three punt returns for 34 yards (11.3 avg.) and four kick returns for 95 yards (23.8 avg.).

Appeared on special teams and in a reserve capacity on offense in the Week 8 win at New Orleans, playing eight special teams snaps and six offensive snaps. Logged one punt return for eight yards.

In Week 10 vs. New England, appeared on 16 special teams snaps and nine offensive snaps. He finished with one carry for 11 yards offensively, while contributing two punt returns for 12 yards and two kick returns for 48 yards.

In Week 16 at Carolina, recorded three kick returns for 101 yards, averaging 33.7 yards per return. He produced Tampa Bay's two longest kick returns of the season with a 37-yarder and a 44-yarder. His performance marked the eighth time since 2000 that a Buccaneers player has had two kick returns of 35+ yards in a single game, and the first time since Eric Page did it in Week 12 of the 2013 season.

Johnson's average of 33.7 yards per kick return in Week 16 was the sixth- highest ever by a Tampa Bay returner in a game with at least three returns, and the highest since Michael Spurlock in Week 17 of the 2011 season against New Orleans (36.0).

In Week 17 at Miami, returned two punts for 27 yards (13.5 avg.) and three kickoffs for 75 yards (25.0 avg.).

Appeared exclusively on special teams in the Week 18 win over Carolina, logging 11 snaps. Recorded one fair caught punt.

COLLEGE:

Played in 37 career games over four seasons at Barton College, tallying 151 receptions for 2,316 yards and 19 touchdowns, as well as adding 22 carries for 125 yards, plus two touchdown passes.

As a returner in college, recorded over 1,000 return yards and brought two kicks back for touchdowns.

Earned All-Conference honors in his final two seasons after posting a combined 95 receptions for 1,445 receiving yards and 12 receiving touchdowns.

Became the first-ever Barton College football player to sign with an NFL team.
