Social Justice - We Are The Change

For decades, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers players have created annual traditions of giving back, while finding new and innovative ways to impact the community, sharing in the team's overall mission of strengthening Tampa Bay and developing the next generation of leaders.

Holiday Home Build, presented by Slide Insurance

In partnership with Habitat for Humanity Hillsborough, Tampa Bay Buccaneers players have addressed affordable housing in Hillsborough County through their annual Holiday Home Build. Since joining forces in 2023, the team has funded the building of five Habitat homes, as well as several preservation projects through donations and volunteer hours.

Player-Student Mentoring Program, presented by RIPA & Associates

The Buccaneers Player-Student Mentoring Program, launched in 2020, was created to provide support and mentorship to students in Tampa Bay. The program focuses on high school athletes, with Buccaneers players and staff engaging, supporting and leading up to 100 local students through curated mentor sessions.

Player Holiday Programs

Player Holiday Programs

Throughout the holiday season, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have continued their annual traditions of giving for decades. The team's Turkey Time with the O-Line provides over 1,000 Thanksgiving meals to local Tampa families annually, a tradition that began in 2007. The team also provides several experiences throughout the holidays, such as shopping sprees and gifting to local nonprofits.

Mobile Food Pantry

Mobile Food Pantry

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Mobile Food Pantries are hosted twice a month at Lockhart Elementary Magnet School, providing two weeks of food for more than 250 families at each event. The bi-monthly pantries are carried out in collaboration with Feeding Tampa Bay and funded through donations from the Buccaneers' defensive line and a matching grant from the Glazer Family Player Matching Fund.

Player Impact Board - Est 2018

The Player Impact Board, established in 2018, is a group of Buccaneers players committed to leading the team's community programming. The Board spearheads important conversation, programming and team engagement in various causes throughout the Tampa Bay community and the National Football League.
