BUCCANEERS SIGN JUSTIN SKULE

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that the club has signed offensive tackle Justin Skule.

Skule (6-6, 315) has appeared in 82 career games, including 26 starts, between the San Francisco 49ers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Minnesota Vikings. During his three seasons with the Buccaneers (2022-24), Skule played in 35 games, making five starts, and contributed to an offensive line that had the fifth-lowest quarterback sack rate (5.1%) and allowed the seventh-fewest quarterback sacks (102). In his six-year NFL career, Skule has accumulated an 18-8 record as a starter.

He originally entered the league as a sixth-round pick (No. 183 overall) by the 49ers in the 2019 NFL Draft. The Clifton, Virginia, native played four collegiate seasons at Vanderbilt University (2015-18), starting 40-of-45 career games played and making 40 consecutive starts to conclude his collegiate career.
