The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms with Liam Coen as their new Head Coach on Friday. The Buccaneers have shifted their focus to filling the offensive coordinator vacancy.

Tampa Bay set new team single-season records in yards (2,536) and yards per carry (5.3) in 2024.The Bucs ranked third in net yards per game (399.6) and fourth in points per game (29.5) in 2024. Mayfield set a new franchise single-season record for passer rating (106.8) and completion percentage (71.4%) this season. Additionally, Mayfield ranked fourth in the NFL in passer rating, third in completion percentage, tied for second in touchdowns, third in yards (4,500) and second in touchdown percentage (7.2%).

Coen came to the Bucs from the University of Kentucky, where he spent the 2023 season in his second stint as the Wildcats' offensive coordinator. He previously worked for the Los Angeles Rams from 2018-2020 and again in 2022, where he spent the latter as the offensive coordinator on Sean McVay's staff.
