WR Corey Davis, Western Michigan
"This pick stays the same as Mock Draft 2.0 -- it makes too much sense. Vincent Jackson is (a free agent), and free-agent signing DeSean Jackson will fill his spot opposite Mike Evans. Davis, who had 331 catches for 5,278 yards and 52 touchdowns in his collegiate career, would give Jameis Winston another fantastic option, but he's a different type of player from both Jackson and Evans. The only issue with Davis (6-3, 209) is an ankle injury that kept him out of the combine, and he might not run a 40 before the draft, so scouts won't have a true number. I don't expect him to drop out of the first round, though."

ESPN: Todd McShay (February 8)
TE O.J. Howard, Alabama
The Buccaneers have bigger needs than tight end -- defensive line, safety and wide receiver among them -- but Howard, my No. 12 overall player, is the best value on the board. He was the best player on the field all week at the Senior Bowl, showing great athleticism for a guy who measured just over 6-foot-5½ and 249 pounds.

USA Today: Luke Easterling (March 16)
WR John Ross, Washington
"DeSean Jackson is 30, so why don't grab a younger version to eventually replace him? I'm sure Jameis Winston wouldn't mind teaming up these two speedsters with Mike Evans."[

Pewter Report (April 1): S Obi Melifonwu, UConn
