The Tampa Bay Buccaneers announced today the team has signed quarterback Blaine Gabbert.

Gabbert (6-4, 235) originally entered the league as a first-round pick (10th overall) of the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 2011 NFL Draft. In his career he has played for Jacksonville (2011-13), the San Francisco 49ers (2014-16), the Arizona Cardinals (2017) and the Tennessee Titans (2018). Gabbert has appeared in 56 career games, with 48 starts, completing 842-of-1,498 passes for 9,063 yards, with 48 touchdowns and 47 interceptions, for a 71.7 passer rating. He has also rushed 176 times for 631 yards and three touchdowns.

A native of Ballwin, Missouri, Gabbert played collegiately at Missouri.
