Bucs-Saints Inactives: Foster Out

LB Mason Foster will miss the Buccaneers' season finale due to an Achilles tendon injury, which will lead to another start in the middle for the versatile Danny Lansanah

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints named their game day inactives on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their Week 17 matchup at Raymond James Stadium. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.

The Buccaneers will be without their starting middle linebacker for the sixth time this season, as a nagging Achilles tendon injury will keep Mason Foster out of the season finale. Versatile defender Danny Lansanah, who has started at all three linebacker spots this season, will move back to the middle and Orie Lemon will start on the strong side

Two players will have a chance to see their first action with the team, as both TE/FB Evan Rodriguez and DE Lawrence Sidbury are among the 46 active Buccaneers on Sunday. The Saints will turn to Bryce Harris at left tackle for a second straight week with Terron Armstead sidelined by injury.
