The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will travel to New Orleans to take on the Saints in Week Eight for an intradivision clash at Caesars Superdome. Kellen Moore will inherit a Saints' team that finished 5-12 in 2024, their worst since 2005. Head Coach Dennis Allen was fired midway through the season after the Saints went 2-7 and was replaced by Interim Coach Darren Rizzi. The Saints finished last in the NFC South for the first time since 2008 and were plagued by injuries to key playmakers including Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed. The Saints will strive for a rebound in 2025 and the Buccaneers will aim for a victory on the road over a division opponent.
