RB Doug Martin rushed for 96 yards on 14 carries, including a 63-yard run that set up the Bucs first score, as Tampa Bay fell to the Carolina Panthers 19-17, Sunday at Bank of America Stadium. The loss drops the Bucs record to 2-12.

QB Josh McCown completed 13 of 26 carries with one touchdown and was sacked three times by the Panthers defense.

WR Mike Evans continued his exceptional rookie campaign by adding another touchdown, his 11th of the season, tying the franchise record for most TD receptions in a season (Mike Williams, 2010). It also tied Evans for third-most TD catches by a rookie since the 1970 NFL/AFL merger.

Safety Bradley McDougald led all defenders with 15 tackles.
