The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Chicago Bears named their game day inactives on Sunday at 1:00 a.m. ET, 90 minutes before kickoff of their Week 16 matchup at Raymond James Stadium. NFL teams are required to reduce their active rosters to 46 players for each regular-season game.

The Buccaneers still will be without wide receiver Vincent Jackson, and safety Chris Conte will also be sidelined for the first time this year. However, the Bucs' defense gets Bruce Carter back from an ankle injury; Carter will start at the MIKE linebacker position and Danny Lansanah will move back to the strong side.

The Bears will play without a pair of key starters in wide receiver Alshon Jeffery and linebacker Shea McClellin.
